A nice little ride first around the Pendam trail and then back to Reg's van for a cuppa before heading off towards Nant-y-Moch and back.

Out with Reg, Shem and Martin at a nice steady pace. Shem had some fork issues on the first half of the route which we thought were fixed. That was until we got back to Llyn Syfyddrin at which point we all heard a 'pop-shhhh' sounds coming from his forks and they had broken again.... Time to send the bike back Shem.
